Responsibilities:

• Lead the Professional Services team
• Project design and scoping, and execution 
• Provide pre-sales technical oversight on project proposals
• Manage client expectations throughout project lifecycles
• Level 3 escalation for support
• Technical architect, help develop IT standards for network and systems infrastructure for Nucentric as part of Standards Committee.  

Very little travel anticipated for this position.  This is a full-time W2 position.  

Job Requirements:        

• Prior experience migrating MS Exchange both on premise and to O365
• Prior experience with Azure
• Prior experience migrating a Windows domain controller migrations
• Prior experience configuring or upgrading Cisco Catalyst switches
• Prior experience with Cisco, SonicWall firewalls
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory required
• Strong knowledge of MS Exchange administration required
• Prior virtualization experience with MS Hyper-V and VMWare is required
• Completed industry training is preferred (CISSP, MCITP, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, etc.)
• Prior experience in a managed services provider consulting role is preferred
• Prior leadership experience in a managed services provider consulting role is preferred.
