Located in beautiful downtown Davidson.  Nucentric is a managed service provider (MSP) servicing small to medium sized clients in the Charlotte metro area since 2002.
 

The Office Manager will be responsible for the following functions:
 

  • Oversee the relationship with outside bookkeeping firm, CPA firm, and time approver/billing associate
  • Address client billing questions/concerns
  • Manage cash flow by tracking accounts receivable and payables
  • Prepare quotes for IT products, purchasing & returns of products
  • Evaluate and manage benefits including IRA and health insurance
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding of employees for payroll and benefits
  • Maintain office supplies

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience with financial analysis and bookkeeping
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Quickbooks, QuoteWerks, and Connectwise are a strong plus

Work Schedule:

Part-time, 20 hours per week, flexible hours.
