Job Responsibilities

  • Budget responsibility for entire service operations department.
  • Member of Executive Leadership Team
  • Supervise team of IT professionals including help desk team, project team, and proactive teams
  • Maintain high customer retention and measure customer success 
  • Collaborate with CIO to implement Nucentric's technology standards across customer base
  • Lead overall vision for process improvement for overall MSP service operation
  • Review techs’ performance and technical proficiency
Required Experience
  • 5 years of experience managing diverse team of IT professionals
  • 5 years of experience in IT service delivery
  • 2 years of experience in MSP industry preferred

Compensation

  • $75,000 to $90,000 + quarterly bonus plan + car allowance + cell phone allowance
