Job Responsibilities
- Budget responsibility for entire service operations department.
- Member of Executive Leadership Team
- Supervise team of IT professionals including help desk team, project team, and proactive teams
- Maintain high customer retention and measure customer success
- Collaborate with CIO to implement Nucentric's technology standards across customer base
- Lead overall vision for process improvement for overall MSP service operation
- Review techs’ performance and technical proficiency
- 5 years of experience managing diverse team of IT professionals
- 5 years of experience in IT service delivery
- 2 years of experience in MSP industry preferred
Compensation
- $75,000 to $90,000 + quarterly bonus plan + car allowance + cell phone allowance
