In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering quality technical service to clients, both remotely and at client site
- Effectively communicating to clients to schedule and perform repairs/upgrades
- Documenting billable and non-billable work associated with work, both internal and on-site
- Escalations support of network and systems issues
Required Experience:
- Physical & virtual server migrations including MS Exchange both on-premise and to O365
- New installs and configurations of network equipment from vendors like Cisco, Netgear and Sonicwall
- Stand up of Dell PowerEdge server equipment, including iDRAC remote access, various RAID configurations
- Experience supporting virtualized environments (VMWare ESX, Microsoft Hyper-V)
- Completed industry training is a plus (MCITP, MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, CCNP, A+, Net+, etc.)
- Set up of wireless network AP's and mesh networks
- Previous experience with Connectwise Automate RMM, Auvik, and PRTG and PSA tool ConnectWise Manage
- Previous work with small business networking or an MSP
- Experience working in a customer-facing role
- Ability to work as part of a team to resolve issues
- Good communication, documentation and time management skills
