Job Description:

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for the following functions:
  • Coordinate with the pre-sales engineering and sales team to gather technical requirements
  • Prepare quotes for IT hardware/software, managed services contracts, and IT-related projects
  • Act as primary point of contact with key vendors such as Dell, Microsoft, and TechData.
  • Provide administrative support to CIO, compile doucmentation for regular technology planning meetings
  • Manage project pipeline and attend weekly project team meetings
Required Experience:
  • 2 years of previous experience procurement or quote preparation for IT products
  • 2 years of office management or sales support experience
  • 3 years MS Excel
 Strongly preferred:
  • Previous experience with QuoteWerks, ConnectWise
  • Previous experience preparing proposals for IT services projects and managed services agreements
  • Previous experience working with large distributors of computer hardware & software
This is a full time position.
